Last night I dreamed that I was driving by Nancy Pelosi on the way to a movie. I was in the back seat and a man named Barrett and a woman named Courtney were in the front, Courtney was driving. We slowed down and I interviewed Pelosi and the first question that I asked her was ‘is it true what the media says, that you are pregnant?’ She told me it wasn’t true and I made a fake news joke. I was sort of making fun of her but she was oblivious to that and answered my questions. As I drove off I saw her belly and she was indeed pregnant. So we went on to the ticket counter and Barrett bought us tickets to the movie. Another man came and got tickets in front of us and Barrett was asking me about my conversation with Pelosi.
This was strange at first but the riddle fell away and God made it a bit more clear. The movie is a move that we are going to see and it will be led by the courts (Courtney mean of the courts) and the bear market and California and possibly other things symbolized by a bear (Barrett means bear power). Nancy Pelosi is not willing to admit yet that she is pregnant with a movement, an idea, a plot that she will give birth to in a few months but she cannot help but bring this plan out on the way to the movie. The move we want to see the ‘movie’ is the revival. The courts and the bear market and the moves out of California are going to create the atmosphere that brings the revival. The bear market will pay for the revival, it will profit God’s people who were in place for this. I don’t know what could happen in the courts but it will probably be difficult the way the bear market and the spiritual turmoil out of California and Russia are, and that difficulty will create the atmosphere in which Americans begin to cry out to God.
Ok today we picked back up in the end of 2 Samuel and get into the beginning of 1 Kings. There is an amazing prophecy in 2 Samuel 22-23 that King David gives and I was going to talk about that but then I got to 1 Kings 1 and I knew that this was the word for today. The anointing of Solomon as King of Israel doubles as an end times story about Jesus. I’ve hear it said that you can’t allegorize the Bible if you want to be hermeneutically correct but that’s not true at all. I don’t discount the reality of any of this by looking for how it points to Jesus in allegory. In fact, that’s a step in good hermeneutics. Only pastors probably care about that but in case any pastors are reading along, don’t forget that allegory is one of the steps in the hermeneutical process and it’s one that Jesus used to interpret scripture. If our process doesn’t match Jesus’ then we can throw our process out the window and go find the way that Jesus interprets scripture, prophecy, parables and so on. It all points to Him and He interprets it all correctly.
Ok in 1 Kings 1, David is near death and one of his sons decides he needs to be the next king. So he gathers his supporters and throws himself a big ‘I’m king’ celebration. But those who know that David plans to make Solomon king come to David and tell him what’s happening. It has to be now, Solomon has to be crowned king now, it cannot wait any longer because Adonijah is about take over. This is a picture of antichrist. Oddly enough Adonijah means Adoni (my master) is Yah (God). I think this speaks to the very unpopular idea of a Jewish antichrist. Which I must point out can’t be antisemitic because I also believe in a Jewish Jesus Christ and all of Christianity is Jewish. People can mess this up in so many ways and have but obviously God is against the Jews. But a Jewish antichrist seems to be woven into the Old Testament just as plainly as a Jewish Christ.
Just as Adonijah is celebrating being king there is an uproar in the city. Solomon has been made king, he is riding on a mule much like the first coming of Jesus. People are rejoicing and I believe this points to Jesus. When He came He rode into Jerusalem on a donkey and they all celebrated. He was upset that they didn’t recognize the time of their visitation and He prophesied that He would not return until they were ready to recognize their visitation. That people of Israel at the return of Jesus will celebrate His coming. 1 Kings 1:40 says ‘And all the people went up after him, playing on pipes, and rejoicing with great joy, so that the earth was split by their noise.’ Zechariah 14:4 says, ‘On that day his feet shall stand on the Mount of Olives that lies before Jerusalem on the east, and the Mount of Olives shall be split in two from east to west by a very wide valley, so that one half of the Mount shall move northward, and the other half southward.’ When Jesus taught about the last days, He did so standing on the Mount of Olives and we shouldn’t miss that significance either.
Now Adonijah is given a second chance, many would wonder where that is in the prophesied in the end times. Actually, it’s in Revelation 20:2-3 ‘And he seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years, and threw him into the pit, and shut it and sealed it over him, so that he might not deceive the nations any longer, until the thousand years were ended. After that he must be released for a little while.’ You won’t find much doctrine about this because no one really teaches it, but after the thousand years the devil himself gets a second chance. Much like Adonijah, it doesn’t take long until he goes out to deceive people again and final judgement comes down.
Many people miss this but the battle of Armageddon is the one that happens as Jesus flies down from the sky, and the battle of Gog and Magog is the one that happens at the devil’s release right after the 1,000 year reign. It’s very clearly described and I don’t know why so many people teach these ideas in a different order. Mostly it’s other religions that get wind of this and go stir up fear of the Christians which allows for a ‘logical’ reason to keep the Christians in check or persecute the Christians. I know a New Age prophetess 100 years ago wrote that destroying the Vatican and destroying the church’s control would help the world have peace based on the idea that we are all just trying to have a big war. I heard Ben Shapiro express the idea that Christians want a theocratic government yesterday which stems from similar ideas. But until we are all flying in the sky, you have nothing to fear according to Biblical Christianity. Now there has been some trouble out of occultists who lie and say they are Christians through the centuries, but most people can’t spot an occultist and don’t know the difference between spiritual roots of movements so I guess it makes sense that so many are confused.
I feel like I may have gotten a little side tracked there but it’s worth knowing that stuff and most people miss it. If that stuff is outside of your context it may be worth learning about. I hope you were able to see the allegory of the return of Jesus in the anointing of Solomon as King. The reading for today was 2 Samuel 23- 1 Kings 7 and I hope you’re able to read along with us. I pray that you would receive great understanding and supernatural wisdom by the Holy Spirit! May you be wise and innocent, may you know and speak truth and my God bless all y’all.
